Anna Faris Offered Female Lead In New Sacha Baron Cohen Flick, Dictator

If there was a lady in Hollywood who could stand her ground next to Sacha Baron Cohen, it would be her! (And Isla Fisher of course! )

Word around the Paramount lot is that Anna Faris has been offered and is considering taking the female lead in The Dictator, Sasha's latest crazy comedy. In the movie, Sacha plays a heartless dictator who finds he's been mutinied against by his number two man and replaced in power by an unsuspecting sheepherder lookalike. (He'll be playing dual roles.) As he wanders the streets, he finds himself in an organic food store and meets the owner, the role Anna is negotiating. Her character (if she takes it) will show the dictator a new way of life and perhaps a little romance!

Excellent choice! Wonderful casting! She's got just enough quirk in her to really pull this off! We're thinking her role in Just Friends versus My Super Ex-Girlfriend.
