With her hair swept up in a messy bun, the ?Party in the USA? singer looked through the racks at a couple boutiques, enjoying her time off as she is there for her Gypsy Heart music tour.
Earlier in the day, Miley flaunted her blossoming figure in a bikini as she danced and played around on the beach with a few friends and mom, Tish.
