Mike (The Situation) Sorrentino is suing his dad Frank over the website TheConfrontation.com.Frank Sorrentino might have started the confrontation, but it was his son Mike (The Situation) Sorrentino who made the first legal move.
Following his dad's scathing videos on TheConfrontation.com, which accused the "Jersey Shore" star of abandoning his pops in a time of need, Mike has filed a lawsuit on grounds that he is being exploited.
According to TMZ.com, the lawsuit filed in a Miami federal court on Monday alleges that Frank is illegally using Mike's name and likeness as well as trying to damage his professional reputation.

To boost his case, Mike's suit also reportedly alleges that Frank's business partner has a history of scamming people.
In addition to an injunction barring Frank from using Mike's name and likeness, the reality star is also seeking unspecific damages.
A rep for Frank told TMZ, prior to the lawsuit's filing, that they didn't feel threatened by a potential suit and didn't intend to take down the site.
