'Dancing With TheStars' results: Surprise!
10:06 PM
DWTS got right down to business on Tuesday's elimination show: Ralph Macchio and Hines Ward were deemed safe. No surprise there.
But then Chelsea Kane and USA TODAY blogger Mark Ballas, the highest scoring couple of Monday night's performance show, were said to be - gasp! - in jeopardy.
Adding insult to injury, they were asked to dance an encore of their energetic Harry Potter-themed Viennese waltz.
Slim and sexy Jennifer Hudson, dressed in purple heels and a short purple dress, helped fill the hour with two songs. And sister ballet stars Lorena and Lorna Feijoo performed a special routine from Swan Lake with Jose Manuel Carreno of the American Ballet Theatre.
So who was sent home? Did Kendra Wilkinson, who was at the bottom of the pack after Monday night, survive?
First, Chris Jericho and Romeo were sent to safety, while Petra Nemcova was told she was in jeopardy.
Then came Kirstie Alley - safe.
And Kendra Wilkinson? Pro dancer Louis van Amstel was seen in footage from Monday night telling his partner he was "quite dispapointed with her comment" about not caring about being elegant. "I'm so embarrassed," Kendra was shown saying. And then she was deemed safe!
Petra was also safe.
It came down to Chelsea Kane and Sugar Ray Leonard.
"We're at the time of year where this really starts to sting," said host Tom Bergeron.
And the smiling boxing champ was sent home. Aww."That's life," said Leonard. "I will cherish this moment. ... Great friends, great people, great show."
