Michael Lohan has been formally charged with one count of misdemeanor domestic violence, after assaulting his ex-girlfriend Kate Major.

Lindsay?s father Michael Lohan, 50, has been charged with misdemeanor domestic violence, after being arrested for hitting his off/on girlfriend Kate Major.
Michael is scheduled to appear in court in Beverly Hills for his arraignment on May 23.
