Mark Ballas? celebrated his 25th birthday this weekend in Las Vegas, even though his actual birthday was on May 24th.
Mark stripped off his shirt and celebrated with a water gun filled with champagne during the Nivea For Men and Esquire Look Like You Give a Damn Weekend event at the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort & Casino at CityCenter on June 4, 2011.
