Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am has claimed that Simon Cowell is not to blame for Cheryl Cole?s sacking from The X Factor USA.
The musician ? real name William Adams ? has acted as the former Girls Aloud star?s manager since she first landed the job in America and spoke on her behalf in negotiations with Simon?s team.
Will claimed that Simon still ?deeply cares? about Cheryl, adding:
?Simon has people he needs to answer to and sometimes his hands are tied.?
However he still thinks Cheryl can crack America. It may not be as a TV star, but Will thinks she will still be able to hit the big time through her music career. He told The Sun:
