Arnold Schwarzenegger confessed to fathering a love child with his former housekeeper.LOS ANGELES - Arnold Schwarzenegger's secret love child was obsessed with "Terminator 2" and idolized the star - without realizing he was his father, a relative says.
"[He] used to watch 'Terminator 2' all the time. He really loved that movie," cousin Jorge Pena, 28, told London's Daily Mail.
Pena's mother worked as the Schwarzenegger housekeeper along with her sister Mildred Baena, who was Arnold's mistress.
Baena, 50, was outed two weeks ago as the mother of Schwarzenegger's 13-year-old son - born just five days after the ex-governor's youngest child with Maria Shriver.
"[He] would idolize Arnold. We all idolized him," Pena, a former Marine who served two tours in Iraq, said of his cousin.
"Arnold was like an uncle to us. He was really cool with everybody. He always loved [the boy], but it didn't seem he got extra attention."
Pena said Schwarzenegger regularly invited the extended family to movie premieres and family parties and took Baena and Pena's mom on vacation to care for the children of Schwarzenegger and Shriver.
"We never had any idea," Pena said. "We've definitely lost a little respect for him and my aunt. It definitely brings them down a notch."
He said his mom reported to work at the Schwarzenegger house after the bombshell love-child revelation last month, but she fled in tears after feeling shunned by Shriver's kids.
"She came home crying because she is really close to Arnold's son Patrick. He's her favorite," Pena said.
"On Wednesday, it was like 'Hi,' and then he walked out. It's understandable. They don't believe she didn't know about it."
He's not sure if Schwarzenegger's secret kid knows the full truth yet.
"I hope Arnold is going to take him aside and talk to him about all this. He has not done so as far as I know. But [the boy] needs to speak to his dad," the cousin said.
Schwarzenegger, meanwhile, has hired a top Tinseltown divorce lawyer.
The embattled ex-governor tapped A-list attorney Bob Kaufman, who helped Bob Dylan, Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston, Harrison Ford, Janet Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley through their high-profile splits, a source said.
He's also gone toe-to-toe with Laura Wasser, the celebrity lawyer seen lunching recently with Shriver.
The two squared off in the breakups of Mel Gibson and his wife, Robyn; Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, and Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey.
Kaufman, a native New Yorker, is famous for being smart, thorough and nonconfrontational.
"He is the person to go to for a case that's negotiated out of [the] public eye," said Beverly Hills-based family law arbitrator Alexandra Leichter. "And I'll bet this divorce [will not] go to trial. I think they'll do everything behind closed doors."
Neither side has pulled the trigger on a divorce filing.
